The best part of Caye Chapel is what is missing from the private island. PSA acted as the Creative Director for Caye Chapel, steering ownership, the design architects, and the operator (Four Seasons) through a process that laid the foundation for a truly unique ultra-luxury-focused experience. Despite the pressures to sell lots to founders and revert to the mean of smiling families on waterslides, we held the line and maintained conviction in a more soulful approach to luxury. Good, biophilic design was the baseline experience, but the real product is emotional and elusive. All founders' lots were sold on that premise. Four Seasons is slated to open the property in 2027.
